BLOOM is a publication of Arts in Bloom Project, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to queer artists, writers, and audiences. BLOOM was founded to support the work of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered writers and artists and to foster the appreciation of queer literature and creation.

EDITORIAL POLICY
BLOOM does not discriminate against the imagination. Gardeners must identify as Queer (LGBT), but the flora of their labor need not serve any pre-conceived notion of beauty. Peonies, sweet williams, ragweed, and gladiolas–every shade & shape of blossom–are all welcome. Let the garden grow.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
BLOOM has two submission periods a year. Since we’re still reading the work sent in last fall, our next submission period will begin July 1, 2013. All submissions are electronic through Submittable, and a link will be provided when we are accepting new submissions.
